Read supported project types, database engines, current plan limits and live usage before starting work. limits are the plan's own figures, the same ones the Plan and usage page shows, with -1 for unlimited: ram_mb in MiB, storage_gb in GiB, backup_retention_days, and counts of projects, databases and team_members. usage comes from the control plane: each quota signal (RAM, storage) with its state; enforcing is true while that signal is refusing new work. When usage cannot be read, its fields are null and usageStatusUnavailable is true; never treat that as zero usage.
