List project domains

Read domain routing, primary status and DNS/HTTPS diagnostics. The serving field reports whether the domain works for visitors right now: the platform routes it (verified, project running, not suspended or billing-blocked) and HTTPS is active, or it is routed on a platform that serves plain HTTP only.
