Get a deployment
Read the status, source revision and diagnosis for a deployment in this project, and detectedRuntime: what it runs and why, such as "Static site (public/)" or "Node app (npm start)". Set waitSeconds (up to 50) to wait for the deployment to finish: the response comes back as soon as the status is success, failed or cancelled, or when the time is up, with done saying which. A failed deployment includes logTail, the end of its build log, when the credential has logs:read.
